Not from VIN. You have ENTRYNAV2 Head Unit. You need to verify it has WLAN Port by checking label or ports on back of unit, or you can read Head Unit with E-Sys and send me HWEL so I can check it.

Yes, it is possible on all 2018 F48 US Spec and onwards.

I am new to this forum. I have a 2018 F48 X1 (Last 7 digits of VIN: EH65907).
I think it has EntryNav2, and would like to activate CarPlay.

I am not sure if it has WLAN port. Is this easy to check?

Is anyone able to talk me through the activation process?

Remove Head Unit from dash and check Label for WiFi Logo or Read ENTRYNAV2 with E-Sys and advise what HWEL it is.

Is the carplay fsc143 possible for cars without navigation? I thought that Bmw AG would not issue the fsc if the car does not have navigation.
