For Sale: Open Pore wood dash trim - $165
I've decided to abandon a project I had been working on, the customization and retrofit of the very rare real wood open pore (Ash species?) dash trim, and am selling the parts.
The large portion for the passenger side is in nice untouched condition. I've experimented with the piece to the left of the steering wheel, it has been sanded with fine grit sandpaper and lightly treated with bees wax / orange oil (container shown in the last photo for reference, but not included in the sale) One may wish to treat the other piece the same, for the same aesthetic, use only the larger piece and source an untouched part for the single vent, or some other customization all-together. It took me forever to source these parts, as there were not many made; but I want to make these available to someone who would like to use them (and clear my closet space!). Looking for $165 + shipping (probably 20-25 in the continental US). Would rather not ship abroad. |
