Howdy,
Maybe its me but I can't figure out how to change the 2nd drivers name from the previous owner to my wife. I'm principle driver which I've done but there is another listed which I want to delete and add the wife! Can anybody help? - explain it real clearly please.

I just went through this on a new 540. You need to get your wife your set up as a secondary subscriber on My BMW, then email customercare@bmwassist.com to correct the names if necessary.

You can't just edit it? I changed the second driver name to my dog.
No my bmw needed

We have me and my wife and the previous owner - can't seem to erase his driver profile.

Both my wife and I go by names not on our title, e.g., Sue, not Susan. BMW customer care had to change that.

I have the same problem. I have 3 profiles and 2 is enough but can't delete it. If I find the solution I'll let you know
