Rear reversing Camera
My new X1 has a rear camera and the image of obstruction seems a long way off but if you turn and look its actually quite near. I have not found a Zoom function other than for a trailer which I dont have. Anyone else found this?

I wonder if it could be because the camera lens has, as standard, quite wide angle, which may just exaggerate distances and is perhaps something you'll get accustomed to over a few days or so.

It is untrustworthy at short distance but ok for longer.

Regardless of perception are the relative distances not the same? For example if you don’t touch what’s shown on the camera you’re ok...

Its normal for the camera to have wide lenses, otherwise you would not be able to see much. |
