Test: Audi Wheels on X2 = No-Go

Just in case anyone was wondering....

I pulled a wheel off the Mrs' Audi Q3 & tried to put it on the X2. Hole pattern for both cars 5x112 but the hub on the X2 is a lot larger in diameter than the Audi's hubs are.

Pics: Wheel spacer off my X2 placed on the Audi hub.

Ouch.. yes the Audi hub bore is like 57, ours is like 66.

Myself as well as at least one other was looking at spare tires a year or two back and got excited when we thought audi spare tires would fit. Only bet would be aftermarket wheels with a large hub bore that needs centering rings to fit, but definitely not stock wheels.
