2021 Xi25e Wireless phone charger

Hi can anyone suggest how to remove the wireless charger so that I can fit the modified 3D printed part to allow for larger phones please?

Also if anyone wants the 3d printed part I can supply one for the price of postage, I would like to fit mine first though before I print any more!

Many Thanks.

I just used a set of trim removal tools, nothing special, it comes out exactly like you think it would. Some of the threads on the topic in other subforums have pix.

X1 wirelsee charger removal

The charger module on the X1 hybrid (2021) seems to be fitted differently to other models where removal is easy with trim removal tools (Pic Attached) using a trim tool on the end of the module appears to have no affect for removing the unit.

That looks exactly like my 2019 X2 and was really no big deal, I ran the trim tool around the gapes on the edges and when I felt one release gave it a pull and worked my way around.

It's not like some of the more obvious trim pieces where you run the tools under them and POP they come off in your hand, but it really was no big deal.

Here's a picture of it removed showing the billion tabs: (yes that's in the lower console, not the arm, but it comes off the same way)

That's linked to from the thingverse page for the slider.
