Couldn't bear drilling into bumper cover, so researched a few options and went with Cravenspeed mount. All in all - pretty happy with it.

The fit is very tight, as you can see from the plan view pic. I put in a foam strip to prevent rubbing of the mount bracket on the bumper cover (foam did not come with the kit).

Also, would be very hard to use the removal wrench that is supplied with kit without scratching the bumper cover alot. Need to remove the license plate itself first.

No impact to PDC at all - which I was excited about.

I was worried that the license plate offset would look weird (uncentered), but it's grown on me.

I am in Oregon as well and found this company. They have a center mount one as well, solid product.
