In the UK they are a £395 option. So that's about $395 at the moment, right?

They were only £273 2 weeks ago.

No mechanical changes I have found for any market.

Some countries have changed their standard specs or options.
eg. Here we now get Connected drive standard. USA has made sports seats an option
