New UK halogen to LED conversion regulation

It appears your car will fail MOT test in the UK from February 1st 2021 if you convert your halogen headlight bulbs to LED bulbs, just like the rules for HID conversion, I think you will need to change the whole headlight assembly to LED before it can pass MOT
