Brake pad service requirement missing on I drive

Had the front brake pads and sensors changed and the service regiments hadn’t been reset so called back to garage who had to do it using the diagnostic kit, however the brake service requirement isn’t showing under vehicle status- service requirements any more, has this happened to anybody else. I am having the garage replace the rear and front sensors when it’s booked in again
Will this fix it ?

Garage List
2018 BMW X1  [0.00]
2018 20D Xdrive Xline. Had front and rear pads changed by main dealer in dec but only the front show as being changed on iDrive. Dealer tried an OTA update but this failed so it’s a must do at next oil service in March

Sorry, maybe I'm not following you, but if they changed pads and sensors and reset them on iDrive, you won't see it anymore (the brake service requirement) until the next time is required. That's how it should work.
