AM I CRAZY?

Hey guys! So I was just browsing around X3 M40i inventory and came across this one in Palm Springs BMW. Am I crazy that the badge location is off? Never been so confused before lol.

That's the new badge placement. I think it started around late April.

It would take less than 5 minutes to remove badges and put new ones wherever you want them.

Could also add a few more M badges while you're at it

Not a fan of the new badge placement. I don’t mind they removed the door engine designation but I always kinda liked the “M” logo above the air breather on the fender. I think the U.S. never got those on any models.

Or perhaps more accurately, "above the faux air breather design element"...

I can't wait until MY19 comes out so the badge location move discussion will fade hopefully to be replaced with a good X3 m40i vs X4 m40i thread.

I did a Performance Center Delivery in April for our X3 30i. During the factory tour I noticed cars were going down the assembly line totally random. Some had trunk badges in the original location and some were in the new location and, they were intermingled. I asked the tour guide but he didn't have a clue other than to remark 'now that's weird'!
