A PayPal question:

Just wondering if using PayPal to pay someone on a forum for purchasing an item and if he f* you over, can you do a charge back or get the $ back through PayPal?

Yes, you can charge back if the seller does not provide legitimate proof of the item being shipped. Also, pay with your credit card...then you will have paypal and the credit card company on your side if something like that does happen.

How about use PayPal and pay with my debit card? Same as credit card?

No they have to provide a tracking number. Use Credit so you can dispute it with them if PP does not refund your money.

you can chargeback, but you are the mercy of paypal and depends on how they handle the whole issue.

Fuck paypal, they are worthless...i lost 200 bucks to a deal once and they wouldn't do shit about it...called my credit card company and they got the money back for me...
