Currently looking for a blue on black 17-18 GTR. First one I see under 100k, the M4 is gone.

I love the Q8. It's a little underpowered, but the SQ8 would be on my short list for sure. Also kind of lame you have to go prestige and then add a package on top of that to get the comfort seat. I don't love it as much at $85k

Can't go wrong with one of those.... I'm on my third one in last 16 years. Always made money selling them after driving them for several years. Been contemplating selling my current one lately and saving for gt4 Last edited by Socal_R8; 03-20-2019 at 04:01 PM.. |

Anybody can afford to buy a Ferrari, but not too many people can afford to drive them Although The modern f-cars are actually pretty durable these days....but yes they can cost an arm and a leg if shit goes south. I'm quite surprised how many f430's are now in the sub $100's...there are quite a few nice looking examples on Autotrader right now |

Just to be boring, I'm lusting for a 4-door, manual, E90 M3 Sedan with a Harrop supercharger.
It's been 3 years of ownership of the 135i, and it's great fun to throw around, it's fast as buggery, and I love the styling of BMW's smallest convertible... but to be honest - it just isn't a "real M", and I'm really over putting the kids in the back of a 2-door car (even if I can 'just' lift them over into the back with the roof off... it'd be much easier to have some proper back seats with proper back doors). ... and while I love the "whooosh pssssst' sound of big aftermarket turbos... there ain't nothing like the rumble of a proper V8 exhaust. The only problem is I'm in waay too deep to ever sell this 135i; and am no longer in a financial position to get a well sorted M3. |

They love the car as much as I do but 2 door cars with 2 kids is still a pain - you're always putting the seat forward and contorting yourself to lean in and do up the seatbelts (or lifting them over the back with the roof off). It's not a massive pain, but the car was in the shop for a couple of weeks earlier this month and I had a 4 door hire car and it was amazing how much easier the get in/get out procedure is. |

I’d sit on $100k and wait for the midengined C8 Corvette to come out and pick one up with the most aggressive aero and brake package available. Then slap on some Penske dampers, add all the safety gear you could ever need, and get a set of wheels and tires for every occasion - track, AutoX, street, and winter. That’s perfect. It’ll run every day in any condition, get great mileage while doing so, and beat the bejesus out of anything that costs less than twice as much.
