Are my ‘17 Bmx x1 wheels clear or satin coated or bare metal?

They aren't bare metal. They look the same as what I had when I bought my car in February (2017 X1 - Msport). Paint is thin though. First time I washed it paint came off, slightly darker grey underneath.

Some research I did suggested BMW's are notorious for thin paint on their wheels. Could just be where I looked for research.

Ended up selling them and buying black wheels that can take a good scrub
