Pictures of new X1
So I think I have now figured out how to up load pictures!
I have attached one of the Heads Up for those that are interested. Colour is mineral white although the only way to really appreciate the colour is in person. Hope these come through OK. |

Love the mineral white but I elected for alpine white in my feeble attempt to keep the price down. haha Do you have the sport A/T or regular? I am hoping I can retrofit paddle shifters to the car.

I am not sure if it makes any other changes than adding the paddles to the back of the steering wheel. I'm not sure they're really necessary as in sports mode the gearbox is very responsive - I'd suggest they're more of a gimmick than a necessary extra. |

Someone mentioned feeling the cutout blanks for their steering wheel were they thought the paddles would go. I think they must have felt the screw holes that hold the steering wheel controls on. I can confirm that there are no such blanks on the steering wheel and others have added paddle shifters to other BMW's but it included a whole new steering wheel and perhaps coding. Btw, the 2-3 gear downshift can be achieved by pressing the gas pedal all the way down.
