Run flat tyres - all seasons?

I remember I read somewhere (although can't find the source!) that RFT are all seasons. Would that mean I don't have to change tires when it drops below 7 degrees / snows / etc?

Or I dreamt about it

Would be great to hear from anybody who has RFT on their X1.

I'm sorry, but RFT does not mean they are All seasons... They CAN be, but nothing to do with RFT. I'm sorry... I just destroyed your dream...

For 18 inch X1 wheels, I believe that Pirelli offer P7 M+S all season runflats, but in UK at least, they don't seem to be a BMW factory option.

That's fine, it would have been good but actually it's not a big deal

No worries - that means I'll just probably swap them for the cold weather
