Any Tool32 Experts?????

I have found and changed the VIN in the HU, using E-sys to one from a 2020 F39 with S6CP But as I go in to Tool32 to do the provisioning Tool32 is not talking to the car. Can anyone offer any advice on Tool32 connection settings with E-net? TIA
