Interior Trim Replacements

Hello all. Long time lurker first time poster. So I am not a huge fan of all the gloss black interior trim pieces in my X2. I have been looking all over for replacements but haven't had much luck. I know there are those cheap stick on carbon fiber things you can get out there for $20 but I am looking for something a bit nicer. Has anyone had any luck tracking these down?

Vinyl wrap them. Pretty easy and inexpensive mod. I did all my previous BMWs. The dark brushed aluminum looked great on my F30. Looked stock, yet custom.

Have any pictures of the wrapped pieces?

Sorry, I don't. I must have deleted all my BMW pics when I got my MINI.

Source for where you got your wrap / what exactly it was you did (or close)?

Like the OP, I really dislike all the glossy plastic inside the car. The cost of replacement panels seems to be insane if I'm finding the right alternative parts thru BMW channels.

Thanks

I'm sure it was 3M vinyl available on Amazon (or anywhere). On the 3 Series, the trim just pops off. I laid the vinyl, trimmed the edges and it was good to go.I was able to find this linked that I contributed to...
