Hi everyone, I picked up a 2018 x1 CPO and have started to think about upgrades. I am looking to run a power wire through the firewall to the back which will run an aftermarket amp and 2 12's.

problem is I can not find a firewall access gromet to the cabin...if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be helpful!

since there is no documentation on an audio install I will do that for everyone. Thanks!!

On the driver side, when you lift the hood, look into the corner recess of the engine bay. Here, you will find a rubber round black grommet. Peel that off and you will have access into the cabin behind the steering column area within the dashboard.
