Awesome lease deals

I already got a 328 last week and was looking a for another used for myself. The dealer called and offered me a 2008 328 exec demo with 10k mile as a 36 month lease for $300 per month, with just the first payment and 0 down. As anybody else done better. ?

What options? That seems like a steal regardless but even if it's lightly optioned I'd say go for it if you don't mind used.
