Having gone to normal tyres rather than the run flats, I've been looking at getting a spacesaver.

Have sent one locally to me which is a wheel for a Mercedes Benz, size being 155/70/17.
I know the difference with my 225 50 18 is more than the 1% recommend for the drive x1, but for a temporary tyre to get home surely that shouldnt such an issue to the driveway.
