I joined this forum for more than 3 weeks, and I published 6 posts (and this the 7th), and I don't have the right to send/receive PMs yet. Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?

I understand it now required at least 10 posts so I suggest you visit a few threads and post some comments. I have “liked” your thanks to my reply to you on another thread which may help. Anyhow, welcome to the forum.

It is not a problem, just post some more comments and once you have posted approx 10 times you should find that messages are enabled. One if the reasons is that too many people join this forum just to ask for help or information and do not contribute. Many people also ask for help when the information is available within many threads but they cannot be bothered to search. There is also an “appreciate” button on each post, it is often very faint but if you click it then it shows someone that you appreciate the information or help that they have provided.

Take your time and participate. This used to weed out scammers. Not so much anymore.

Now scammers will just post +1, Ohh, neat!, etc. just to build up their post counts so they can start responding to WTB ads to scam people.
