Trying to code - Error "No vehicle found with ID "[car vin]_DIAGADR10". Avail

I can see the VIN when I refresh the 'Connect to VIN' but when I click on Connect, I get this message: Error "No vehicle found with ID "[car vin]_DIAGADR10". Would appreciate any help, thanks!

Have you tried a different laptop? I saw this when I was using an older Core i3 laptop - intermittent connection like you describe and operation coding / writing vehicle FA. Even the refresh did not fill in the VIN every time. Did not have the problems on two faster laptops (i5 and i7), so I punted the old i3.
