You will need to look at the tyres, because they may be directional (as are my current winter tyres), in which case you must switch them from front to back on the same side. From memory, the Owners Handbook, of which you should have a copy, advises keeping tyres on the same side but, for your safety, you should look that up.

IT "s all depend on your tires are they unidirectional tires look on the tire for the rotation arrow if there is an arrow then only rotate front and back on the same side,

Every 10,000km (6,000 miles)
I agree definitely every 10,000km, and rotate the fronts to the opposite side at back. I have been doing that and have today just had to replace all four tyres at 35,000 km after 3 years (22,000 miles). Being front wheel drive the front tyres and brakes wear quicker. I have replaced the Bridgestone Run flats with PIRELLI CINTURATO P7, the difference is very noticeable. Much quieter on the road.
