Hi everyone,
I just bought a used 2015 BMW X1 Xdrive28i from a used car dealer 3 days ago . I have realized that my front windshield washer is not coming out at all . My rear windshield wiper and the water works absolutely fine . What could the problem be for the front . The fluid is full . Could it be the washer pump. Should i take it to the mechanic or will i be able to fix it myself. Thanks everyone |

Just go back to the dealer. I don't know what buyer protection you are given in Canada, but the law in the UK leaves the seller liable for any faults that may become evident within a certain time period. If your car had the fault at the time of purchase, it is simply sensible to go back to the dealer and get him/them to rectify it. By fiddling about, or dismantling the washer mechanism yourself, I imagine you may be giving the seller an escape route from any liability.
