Only picture I got of the two together. It is amazing to me how little these two share on the outside while the interiors are very similar.

And another from dealer arrival.

What kind of design is that? A flat front bumper with an odd shaped cut-out and fog light? No thanks

There’s no reason to the awkward placement of the hood line on the X2. That and the upside down kidneys ruin what could have been a great car.

Sport seats are standard.

Xdrive send plenty of power to the rear

Those are not sport seats, they are a joke. they are narrow

The FWD platforms as the new X1 and X2 do not have xDrive. It is a haldex inspired.
XDrive is RWD biased that sends power to the front when needed. So on dry pavement xDrive is actualy a sports car.
Total different animal.

Will this vehicle handle/drive any differently than the X1? Assuming the Msport version is ordered.

Does a 4er handle any differently than a 3er?

Same chassis, same suspension, nothing changes.

Yes actually 2018 saw changes to the 4 series suspension and steering rack to drive in a more sporty fashion as it should. Came with the LCI update.

Right, which the 3er got first. They handle the same.

LCI to LCI and Pre-LCI to Pre LCI. And the difference in actual handling is negligible. Feel and initial turn in are certainly improved though, but mechanical limits barely changed.

Point being, the X2 is an X1 with a different shell, it's going to handle exactly the same.

they do not handle the same... only m3 and m4 see similiar suspension geometries. 2018 3 and 4 handle differently. I drive them every day my dude i feel it and get told by BMW as well.

As a 4gc owner I can confirm the 3 and 4 handle fairly differently. 4 feels a lot more planted and and also has a wider track. Also the suspension feels different. Not sure in the specifics on whether the. Geometries are different or not but they feel different.
