8 Speed sport auto Transmission problems gearbox

Does anyone have this problem? Did you get your transmission replaced ? repaired ?

Whith the transmission at working temperature when the gearbox is switching from 2nd to 3rd there is a small lag and then a violent shock. Same thing when engaging reverse. No lights in the dashboard, no warnings, nothing.

My car is a 2018 X1 F48 25i Xdrive 8 speeds with 40k km. I'm afraid a got a bad gearbox.

Does this happen on a cold or warmed up engine? or both?
In my case, I got a pretty hard hit when shifting into reverse on a cold engine, so replacing the torque strut completely solved the problem.
