I tried like you said but it does not come out. Can someone with a service manual check and help?

Try using some needle nose pliers to grab the connector and just pull it out.

I've physically done it, you don't need a service manual, the red/brown connector while tight just pulls out of the black housing with some coaxing, if you have large hand you might want to have someone in the house with smaller hands pull the connector, under all circumstances do NOT pull the via the wires.

Is there any way to have a sound alert when the camera is switched on/off? My other transcend dashcam had it.

IIRC, you have to connect to RoadCam while the dash cam is on. Access the videos and download them into your camera. You can also access the SD card.

Since this dash cam uses wires that are shared with auto headlight, rain sensor and sunroof motor. Will this create power problems for the rest or fry any of the other components on the same harness?

Not that any of us have seen so far, but granted a short in the wires would affect other items on the line.

Didn't you install yours last fall?

Yes it's been a year and it's working just fine. Mine is not Fitcamx but it is almost identical which I bought from Aliexpress.

I want to know is there anyway to turnoff the blue LED light which keeps blinking throughout? It gets irritating at night.

I have fitted one in the UK - all seems ok except that on both two 3-hour trips yesterday (the first big use) it stopped recordings after an hour - anyone else had any recording issues - or solutions?

Getting ready to pull the trigger and purchase the Fitcamx dash cam. Everyone still happy with their units?

Are there options available like park mode?
