Did I Get A Lemon?

I recently purchased a 2019 BMW X1 xDrive 28i (had it about 3.5 months and put about 1,000 miles on it) with less than 25K miles, and just dropped $3K to learn that I need to replace the LR Training Arm and the Rear Differential Seal. During my service, which took about four days, I had two tires and a TCB Emergency Battery replaced. The majority of this service was labor at about $250/hr. The dealer sent me several videos of the service tech working. Carfax history shows tires replaced by the previous owner about a year ago and a "minor" accident. I am asking myself, "Did I get a lemon?" I'm unsure how to proceed with an extended warranty that won't pay. Thoughts or suggestions are welcomed. Thanks!

Warranty won’t pay for tyres or battery which I had to replace as well but what’s the reason it won’t pay for LR training arm and rear diff seal are they in the not covered part of the warranty
