2016 xDrive v 2018 xDrive

Hi all,

Newbie here from Australia, currently interested to buy a used X1 F48. Would like to seek your opinions on 2016 vs 2018 xDrive please, what are the differences? all I know is the gear stick in 2018 looks newer

Also I couldn't understand why 2016 can be equal or moer expensive than 2018, here are the example of 2 cars with similar odometer reading:

Thanks

Mainly the 2018 model has some of the LCI features like gearstick, newer iDrive version and bigger display in instrument cluster.

Only thing I am not sure if the 2018 has comfort access or not, if that's important to you. If it's the same price, then just go for the newest car. Also it's color is more beautiful

Maybe the color is the reason for lower price but if you like it, then it's even more easy. I personally love that BMW blue color

Yes, partly, it is ID6 but not NBT evo, in lower series there is this thing called EntryNav2 / EnavEvo

As mentioned, the 2018 restyling has few small improvements. It also has a small downside for me: petrol engines after the restyling, if I recall correctly, have some kind of particle filter similar to DPF (at least on Europe models).

Anyway, both units look very good for me. I would see physically both of them, and then decide.
