Hello.
I have a F36 with a USB in the dash under the radio. I mounted a Rennline phone mount with a charger built in and would like to run a cable from this BEHIND the dash so that it is always plugged in and also does not take up the external USB port. Behind the dash there is a cable (round 4 pin) that goes to the USB - is there a splitter cable I could use that makes this possible?

Run a USB cable through the dash and down to the passenger footwell 12 v. That's what I and others have done and it works well. You just need to get a 12 v adapter a 6' USB cable and a 90 degree USB elbow adapter helps to make the end of the cable that plugs into the charger look cleaner.
