Hah you have to "Upgrade to UltraTinder" or whatever that option is to change your location and pay whatever their monthly fee now is. I did this for 1 month before I went to Japan in December and lined up a date before I got there, totally worth the $10.

Just found this thread. Do any of you use Swipely app? Basically you can match up 250 profiles every hour, and I don't think you need Tinder premium for that.
