PuMA Measure

Hi guys

The car is in for some investigation following a breakdown last week. Bmw roadside came out to help and diagnosed a potential fault and said there is a PuMA measure for the fault.

Does anyone here (in the UK) have access to PuMA measures online?

I understand its a closed system available to only a few people. I looked over the technicians shoulder and with a bit of persuasion he gave me the PuMA measure reference, but wouldn't tell me what it was about or what the remedial work was. The dealer is being just as secretive and won't tell me what's going on.

If anyone can help me to locate details on this PuMA measure - GB65113752-02 - that would be great!

Hi did you manage to get more information regarding this puma case? I've been told my bmw requires a new transmission. As it's outside warranty I'm hopeful bmw will make a goodwill jesture and cover All if not some of the cost associated with it. They've quoted 10k for the repair so hopefully my warranty company and bmw can come to some arrangement.
