Tracking your F48?
Just wondering if anyone has taken their F48 X1 to a track day or autox event recently? If so, how did you prep the car beforehand?
I'm debating whether I should rent a car at the track or prep my X1 for the track. It'll be my first time tracking, so I won't be pushing it hard. I know it might sound crazy, but BMW actually tested the F48 on the Nurburgring so it does have tracking potential. Any feedback is appreciated!

With the amount of weight you'll be carrying - just be prepared to eat through your breaks.
For your first time - it may be fun since you wont be pushing it to its limits but renting a car or taking something more suited for track would be more fun. I've seen an X6 M at a track day before, as well as another SUV - so its not insane but it could be a lot more fun! Good luck! |

Thanks amitv85 ! I'm debating whether or not to upgrade the pads and fluid prior to hitting the track... the ideal option would be renting the manual 540 that the track has available - waiting to hear back from them.
