Hello friends,

My wife just purchased a new to her 2017 F48 in the US market. We found this image in the arm rest. We have no idea what it is. Google, reverse image searching, etc shows nothing. Perhaps someone here can help?

Thanks for the reply. It looks similar to the chargers I’ve seen, but I think this is a bit different. For example there is a keycard slot and also no phones seem to fit.

I’m thinking it might be a custom addition but then I need to find a way to remove…

Man that looks oem but don't think it is. I'm puzzled. Looking for pics online of what it might be. I keep thinking it's like a keycard holder or something. Also is there a speaker in the armrest?

There is a speaker in the armrest. But I haven’t checked if it makes any noise. I thought it would be stock

Yeah it does. I don’t have that feature so I thought it was OEM. Apparently not.

It has such an OEM fit shape to it.
I've been looking through the OEM accessories catalog but nothing it popping up.
