Thanks. Am I right that the only way to opt leather seats instead is to buy the exec pkg?

The military guide seems to have the pricing backwards between Extended & Full.

Full is the more expensive option, so the extra $1100 would make sense. FULL LEATHER is leather dash, upper doors, door handles, glovebox, seats, and arm rest. Thus the extra money is for the FULL option. The EXTENDED LEATHER option is what comes as standard with the Executive Package. This I know for sure. I checked into the M5 today and it was the same config.

I like this cloth/leather option a lot. It looks better than any previous cloth/leather option that BMW has offered. Maybe the U.S. won't be limited if we order Speed Cloth (..I can wish, can't it? ). If they allow U.S. customers to option HUD/CA with Speed Cloth, it's going to be very hard not to go this route. Per for the pic, the cloth looks very similar to the material used on the 335i M-Sport's pillars/head liners (..and I really like that material; it's very sporty). I'd love to have the Speed Cloth with the extended leather on the dash and upper doors.

Yeah man, I am with you there! I think this looks perfect for what I want. I especially like how they spread the cloth to the upper bolsters. It looks very well done, but I can also see how the leather guys would frown. It does darken the interior a bit.

Agreed. The darkening is what I love. I also like the absence of those perforated squares present on the leather.

looks great. I have black "leatherette" in my current ride so the darkness doesn't bother me at all. Speed cloth it is for me. But like others, would be nice if HUD and CA were stand alone options. Fortunately for me, I won't be ready to buy for a couple years (2016 for sure) so hopefully I'll have LCI and potentially more stand alone options to choose from by then.

I keep looking at the photo and smiling uncontrollably. It's the first interior that I've seen that I can say without a doubt I'd check the box if I ordered tomorrow. |

Oh yeah! I didn't even think about the weird pattern not being there. I am on the Speed Cloth team again!! Now to have HUD available!! Comfort Access is something I can do without. I don't have it on my car now, so I won't miss it.

Does your 328i have the same net-like A/B pillars and headliners as the 335i M-Sport (..which I doubt because you have a Sport Line)? If so, I predict - based on the SC photo - that the cloth material is the same or similar to that. It looks ultra sporty and modern.
