I don't know how well his humor translates to The Netherlands, but check him out on Saturday Night Live video clips on Youtube.

That image you posted is interesting. I lived in Amsterdam while on a multi-year project back in the 90s. I found the women to be refreshingly straight forward and uncomplicated. Maybe I was wrong about them.
