Hello. I’m getting a new set of tires & looking to get an alignment done. I checked with a few shop, received a few quotes, $140, $230 & $270, all from credible shops based on reviews. From anyone’s experience, do the more expensive cost make a difference, i.e equipment or tools that will result in a better job? I didn’t think alignment would be more than $200, unless it’s a track car or custom suspension. Your thoughts? Thanks in advance.

The only difference for the more exspensive ones is nothing. They all do the same thing but some shops put a grantee behind the price for a certain time frame. I would ask what would be the drive warranty if any for the alignment price. So example some shops will give a 1 year alignement warranty meaning if you go 6 months and it’s out of alignement again they will fix for free. Some shops will give lifetime.
