I'm not sure if there is a Wifi slot in the head unit or not. Is it possible to install car play on this ?

Or can install a module and play car play with the original screen ?

It has been discussed ad nauseam throughout this thread. You can retrofit an OEM ENTRUNAV2 Head Unit with WLAN Port, or use aftermarket MMI Box.

Yes. None of that means your ENTRYNAV2 Head Unit has a WLAN Port.
