2018 28i xdrive - which auto transmission fluid?
So... it looks like I have the 8 speed from what I read. However, the service manual isn't really clear. I believe I have the GA8F22AW transmission, but I am not 100% sure. Thoughts? I am thinking I need ATF6 and not ATF7 for fluid.

I looked up the 2018 X1 28ix in realoem.com... Shows the trans as GA8F22AW and It lists ATF-6.

It’s an 8 speed I am in the same boat I am ordering liqui molly atf and doing the service my local dealer says they don’t do that service as it’s lifetime fluid “yeah right “
