My steering wheel carbon trim is peeling?

Has anyone ever had this happen before? I bought it second hand, but I was 99% sure it’s authentic/oem. Can I super glue this or do I just need to buy a replacement?

Hard to tell what your concern is. Need better pictures, different angles, etc.
