Hello all- I have a 2018 X1 (US) with entrynav2 (6.5" screen) and navigation active. I purchased a code to activate carplay from a reputable online vendor and the coding went flawlessly using the feature installer software and Enet cable.

Unfortunately, even though the coding appeared to be a success on the app, the Carplay feature never showed up on the vehicle itself. The FSC code vendor even supplied a second code just to make sure no mistake was made, but no luck.

I installed an OEM WiFi antenna before coding, so I know that the antenna is present. The firmware is up to date (T version).

Any suggestions? I even tried doing a unit reset by deleting user data though the idrive menu but that did not help.
