Is there any adjustment that can be made to the height of the seatbelt? I have had vehicles where the seatbelt housing is on a slider. My partner is on the small side and the seatbelt goes under her chin rather than across her shoulder! (Passenger side).

The seat is height is set to maximum. She ends up holding the seatbelt away from her to stop it chafing her neck, which rather negates the seatbelt's purpose.
