About a year ago I activated CarPlay on my HU_EntryNav2 via a purchased Feature Installer and it worked perfectly well until recently. Now BT doesn't respond at all (cannot connect, delete devices etc) and CarPlay cannot be initiated.

Here is what I tried to fix it so far but none of these things worked:

1. "reset_steuerngeraet" and delete databases via enavevo.prg in Tool32

2. Tried to update BT firmware via USB dongle. Idrive error "Cannot install update"

3. Esys Plus 3.8.1 -> HU_EntryNav2 complete flash with my current istep (F056-21-03-574). Had to "000" CAFD, BTLD, SWFL and IBAD main/sub/patch versions.
Flashed successfully and "CAD for SWE" Coded the HU_EntryNav2 ECU with the correct Istep CAFD. Coding returned no errors but BT is still stuck with all the old devices showing / cannot be deleted.

4. Reset my driver profile via Idrive menu with the hope that the bt connections data is stored along with the profiles. Devices are still there.

Unfortunately I don't have the pre-FSC injection FA or SVT as I didn't know how to use Esys at the time. I 've been looking for a couple of weeks now how to restore the HU to factory settings to get BT unstuck but to no avail

Any suggestions are highly appreciated at this point as I feel I am running out of options. Thanks everybody
