Replace front trim pieces on vents?

I'm looking to replace the two front trims pieces on the front bumper vents.
Anybody replace these without taking the front bumper off.

If you’re referring to the ‘triangular’ shaped pieces I have, replaced with gloss black versions:

Part numbers are 51118080623 and 51118080624 and are available from Schmiedmann, LLLParts, SSDD Motorsports and the likes.

A nylon trim removal tool is your best bet. I masked off the paintwork prior to removing them to avoiding scratching anything. You can see where the clips are by referring to the replacement parts.

Very simple job. Takes 20mins.

Excellent! I will be replacing the main two front one as well and the bottom front grey one to gloss black.

I'm not fond of the grey exterior trim pieces!

Any chance you know the BMW part number for the side grey trim piece? I'm looking for this in glossy black as well.

I believe the part numbers are 51778089931 (Left) and 51778089932
(Right) however they don’t come painted, only primed.

You would need to get your paint shop to spray them the desired colour.
