How well do you or someone in your business know Adobe Photoshop?
We just come up with designs after designs on a computer screen before short listig a few for printouts. Cheapest way to experiement before you mass produce any letterheads.

Unless you have a background in design, don't try and design your own logo. There's more to it then just picking a "cool" font in MSWord and adding a drop shadow.
Like Greeney said, what are the size constraints? I'd be up for putting together some stuff as well.

If you really care about your business. Spend the money and get a real, properly trained graphic designer. There are many things involved in brand development than just knowing how to work the program. Properly designed print collatoral can make your business blossom into something you never imagined. There are also more complexities involved in communicating your brand across the various material that you've mentioned. Somethings you may discover while developing your brand may lead you into growing another segment of your business. You won't realize that potential unless you have the right person.
