Clear Euro-Spec Side Front Bumper Reflectors?
Hi all,
Does anyone know where I can get a pair of clear side front bumper cover reflectors? I can't find them anywhere online. I did find IND's painted reflector cover things but I don't want them body-color matched, rather, I'd prefer for them to be clear. Anyone? Or am I stuck with the orange reflectors? Thanks!

Pictures! Sometimes I park in the street and I'm at a T intersection.. I kind of do like the idea of extra reflectors in that case so I never thought about replacing them. Doe the clear ones still shine, or is it just clear plexi with no reflecting properties. Although with Misano blue you gotta be blind not to see it.

Nothing on Chinese side either like Aliexpress... The X2 model is not popular enough yet for manufacturers to consider I guess.
In the meantime, for $10, you can put a white reflective sticker on it https://www.amazon.com/dp/B087BSD68S..._EHtYFbYV42ZTT |

i guess the body-matched painted ones might be better than the orange reflective ones that are on the car now. and yeah rice_rocket88 i'm pretty sure you have nothing to worry about when it comes to other drivers seeing your car but to answer your question, they still are reflective, they are just not orange which is a US thing for whatever reason.

Just joking, I agree it's a shitty option. I would not do it on my car either.
Speaking of North America regulation, we are not following the rest of the world like the rear turn signal with yellow color. Our car is not that bad because the turn signal light is on it's own. But on some other cars, it's the same as the brake light. I want to have the rear turn signal in yellow, not red. But I have to change the entire housing, not just the bulb. Too expensive for a small caprice. |
