235 40 Fronts?

I'm upgrading to 18's and will be putting 235 40 P Zero's. Will there be any rubbing issues/full lock issues? It's an LCI M Sport E90 and the wheels are MV3's

Also will it throw the speedo off (even if it's the non-driven wheels)?

You won't have any problems - I ran ContiSportContact 5P in 235/40R18 on standard BMW alloys for several years with no issues.

Are you sticking with standard 255/35R18 on the rear?

I'll most likely be sticking 265's P Zero's too. Is there something I should know?

I think you might struggle there - unlike the factory 19" wheels (which have a 9" wide rear wheel), the 18" rears are only 8.5" wide, so a 255 is the widest recommended fitment. You might get a 265 on, but it's not going to be well supported, so you might find the tyre rolls around on the rim a bit when cornering...

spot on... 255 max at the rear because of the wheel width.

235 for the fronts work very well.

Cheers for the info, I'm looking to increase my overall contact patch (I'll have 10% increase with 235). I like to have more confidence when its wet.

Potenza's are REALLY good at high speeds but will be switching for Pirelli's for the upgrade
