Need help with spark plug and coils

Any one know how to change spark plugs and coil for 2014 428i xdrive? I’m by borderline queens and Long Island, also got other mods I’m gonna need help soon.

Remove the rear plastic cover too, it makes it 1000 times easier. you need a thin walled 12 pt spark plug socket too
