I recently switched from RFTs to tubeless on my X1 which is running on 18 inch wheels. Presenly I'm in Australia and I've the same car in India too where we are provided with a space saver with spec of 135/90 R17. I'm searching for a similar space saver for use in Australia and found this ad which is a space saver for X3 and X5 with a spec 155/70 R18. Will it suit the X1?

What other options are available for me in Australia? I read that Holden commodore's space saver may be a fit for X1. Are there any other cars whose space savers will be a fit for X1? My cars stock tyre spec is 225/50 R18. If anyone has more information please do guide me with the same.
